By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Analytica Pro website ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Analytica Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Analytica Pro operates an online marketplace that provides:

• Power BI Dashboard Templates: Pre-built, professionally designed Power BI report templates (.pbit and .pbix files) spanning industries such as finance, sales, marketing, HR, and operations. Templates are available for individual purchase or as part of curated bundles.
• Consulting Services: Custom Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, DAX optimization, deployment support, and ongoing advisory services delivered by our team of certified BI professionals.
• Educational Resources: Documentation, tutorials, and guidance materials to help users deploy and customize purchased templates.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

To access certain features of the Site, including purchasing templates and accessing your download library, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

All purchases made through the Site are subject to the following terms:

• One-Time Purchases: Individual templates and bundles are sold as one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscription fees unless explicitly stated at the point of sale.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable discounts shown on the Site. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
• No Refunds After Download: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a template file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased template, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve it.
• Bundle Lifetime Access: When you purchase a template bundle, you receive lifetime access to all templates included in that bundle at the time of purchase, including any future updates to those specific templates.

Upon completing a purchase, Analytica Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template(s) subject to the following conditions:

• Single User License: Each standard license permits use by one (1) individual user. The licensed user may install and use the template across multiple devices and Power BI workspaces they personally control.
• Commercial Use: Standard licenses permit internal business use only. If you wish to use our templates in client-facing deliverables, redistribute modified versions to third parties, or incorporate them into products you sell, you must purchase an Extended License. • No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer the original or modified template files to any third party. This includes uploading templates to file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or any publicly accessible location.
• Modifications: You are permitted to modify and customize purchased templates for your own use in accordance with the license type you hold.

Violation of these license terms will result in immediate revocation of your license and may subject you to legal action.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to template designs, DAX formulas, data models, visual layouts, graphics, logos, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Analytica Pro and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it as described in Section 5. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Analytica Pro.

The Analytica Pro name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Analytica Pro. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site, including reviews, comments, and support requests. By submitting content, you grant Analytica Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content in connection with operating and improving our services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying design patterns of our templates beyond what is necessary for legitimate customization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its related systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content or data from the Site without our express written consent.

Our Site and templates may integrate with or reference third-party services, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, payment processors, and analytics providers.

Analytica Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Microsoft Corporation or any of its subsidiaries. "Power BI" and "Microsoft" are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

Your use of any third-party services is governed by those services' respective terms of use and privacy policies. Analytica Pro is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of such services.

The Site and all products and services offered through it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Analytica Pro does not warrant that:

• The Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• Templates will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular business outcomes.
• Templates will be compatible with all versions of Power BI or all data source configurations.
• Any defects or errors in the templates will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

You acknowledge that you use the Site and purchase templates at your own risk and discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analytica Pro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any purchased templates.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the total amount you paid to Analytica Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Site and your account will cease immediately.
• Any licenses granted under these Terms will terminate, except that you may continue to use templates already downloaded prior to termination in accordance with the license terms in effect at the time of purchase.
• We are not obligated to provide refunds for any purchases made prior to termination.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Analytica Pro is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
